Behind Enemy Lines

Just a short post of my look! It was the first time I had dolled up in over a month, so I though it deserved to be shown on this blog.
I'm so sorry that I haven't really been updating as frequently as before; I'm still on my semi-hiatus because I know that as soon as I say "I'm back!" I'll disappear for like 2 weeks and then would be all apologetic saying "I was caught up in something". So for now I'll just stick with my semi-hiatus mode.

I swear I'm beginning to love this cardi <3

Getting there, soldiering on.

Still on a semi-hiatus~
I decided to take down my previous post because I just realised how personal it was; I do love you, my dear readers, but the day after when I saw the post it actually affected me and made me feel a lot worse... I'd like to thank all of those wonderful people who made comments on that post; it seriously does mean a lot.

I'm currently staying at my parents' house for a couple of weeks until everything is sorted, although because of the circumstances I didn't really bring everything I needed with me. Like warm clothes, for example. Boy it's getting cold now!

I'm actually really excited for winter which is a first because I always hated it. I guess it's because I'm looking forward to finally having hot chocolate, snuggling in front of the fire, and wearing big comfy ol' jumpers! Thing is though, I'm totally unprepared for it.
So me, K and my mum went shopping to get some supplies, and these are what I bought~

Found this on the sales rack! Been reduced by 50% and seeing as it was the
only one left in my size... Might as well!

A much-needed winter coat!

And, of course, some boots!
And now for a MA*RS skirt that my lovely boyfriend bought for me! I had been dying to buy this skirt for ages, and wasn't going to buy it at all until he was like, "I'll buy it for you!" And of course I had to say yes to that!

Also, now that the first issue of Gal VIP has been released, I am "allowed" to show you some post-production photos! :3 I have two sets as one of them was for the cover shoot where I worked with Amelie~ <3

And let's end this post with a lovely cuppa' hot chocolate that K made me! :3~

Important - Semi hiatus

I'm blogging from my phone right now so please excuse if there's some problems with publishing or anything ><
I'm going through a really rough time right now, like seriously rough, so I'm going to be taking some time away from my blog. It's funny because I did a new vlog but that's going to be postponed as well.
Sorry about this, my lovely readers... I hope you understand <3

First Issue of GalVIP has been released!

The day has come for our first issue to be released! And the best thing is that it's completely and utterly 100% free for you all to download!
Yes, you heard right: Gal VIP, the first gaijin gyaru magazine, has now released their first issue. As you may already know, I am one of the models for it. I cannot tell you how happy I am to be part of the magazine; everyone there is so nice and supportive, and the editors (Chaudie and Danyy) are super awesome.

And I guess this is now the time to announce my big secret... that I am the cover model >///<

So how do I download this amazingly free issue? All you need to do is click here and enter galvip109 as the password! It's as simple as that~

Let's have a lil' peak at my other pages... As it's the first issue, we've done introduction pages for every model. There are loads of things in this magazine, including a food column!

Inspirational Post: Sukebans

sukeban, oraora, ane gyaru

I know that I've just recently posted about my current inspirations, but because I rushed into posting it I completely left out one of my main sources of inspiration; Sukebans! I've been really interested in oraora and 96gal and I just love what they put on there.

Not only do they post pictures of oraora gals but they also have some lil' fact files about what's in fashion and what it actually means. I love these posts because they're just so interesting! Here they talked about the trends in oraora kei at the moment, and also about oraora culture . It's just amazing how I can just be inspired by looking at such posts!

But not only do they do that, they also upload Soul Sister scans for you to download. Here's volume 3, 4 , 5.

Here are some images that they have on their site just in case you haven't heard of oraora and 96gal.

Sponsored Review: MI Magic Blue Black Toric Lenses

Please note that although this is a sponsored review, the thoughts and opinions stated are 100% my own.

So I recieved another sponsored post, but this time by dbeautyshop who gave me some toric lens! Now I know how hard it is to get toric lens for people - like me - who have astigmatism, so I really hope that this would be helpful for you!

Now the lens in question are MI Magic Blue Black Toric Lenses ! Here's what they had to say about these lens:

"When you put on these Magic Blue Black lenses, you keep people guessing about what shade your eyes really are. On normal daylight it’s just like ordinary black eyes, but when bright light hits it, hints of blue show through. So are you blue eyed or black eyed? You don’t have to reveal that it’s both, thanks to these Magic Blue Black Toric lenses.
Blue-black eyes are the perfect enhancement to an intense stare which people would be naturally drawn. It would be hard not to command attention and respect when you’re sporting these ambiguous lenses."
I really like how they described these lens, because that's what made me want to purchase them! Although they did have some troubles at first with affliating problems, but when I got my reply my product was delivered in just a matter of weeks! I think it actually only took two weeks to deliver in the end. So I'm going to give them 3 stars simply because of how long it took for them to sort out everything, but also how quick they were in sending the products out! They dealt with the problem sufficiently.
Postage and Packaging
Everything arrived in mint condition and very quickly! I also received a lens case for the lens - this is so helpful - and some leaflets. Everything was wrapped in layers of polystyrene to ensure the security of the packaging; I was impressed.

I'm not supposed to be blogging right now as I'm in the middle of doing uni work, but I've just got told that I'm going to have a (yet again) really early shift at work tomorrow so I might as well do it now rather than in the evening where I stay up late just to get everything right OTL

Lately I've been really into the oraora/96gal/tsuyome scene, and even though I don't have a heavy tan I still admire the dramatic hair and makeup! So I wanted to try out oraora again, and the main reason being was that I received my new Listen Flavour hoodie (which is now one of my favourite items of clothing). I needed to have a bit of "me" time anyway because of being overloaded with shifts & uni work.
