My Anniversary Weekend

This happens to be one of the only Sunday's where I am actually writing up a blog post on a day (exciting news, I know, but thought I'd mention it). I guess it's because I'm so busy that I didn't have time to during the week~

Before I continue... Happy Easter everyone! Hope your day is filled with wonderful chocolate (as I know that mine would be) and that you have a great day :D

But yeah last weekend was mine and my boyf's three year anniversary! I can't believe it has been three years already... I'm so happy :3 <3
We celebrated it at my place and on the first night we went to Wagamama (as per). I ordered my usual Miso Ramen (even though I kept telling myself that I should get something new...) and it was lovely as it always is.

I was determined to finish it, aha.

When you are close to me I shiver

Definitely need a break right now.
Even though I've got a little timetable I've been stressing about uni work so much lately, especially because it's coming to the end of the year and this final project is big and yet I'm so focused on one of the smaller projects as it's due in first. It's just so difficult working on something that you have no inspiration for, and holding back on the one you really want to do... Oh wells.

Writing this blog post is a nice breather for me because I love blogging. It's like a little diary to me and people like you beautiful readers really do keep me inspired and motivated <3 So thank you, for taking your time in reading my blog!

I've been getting used to using my Facebook page now so that's definitely been growing. It's just so nice to post little snippets of my goings-on without having to wait to post on here!

So my lil' sis had a birthday party sometime ago, and it was great because it gave me a reason to doll up (aha) and it was nice to spend time with her. I didn't get drunk (mostly because I was worrying about her and everyone else like an old granny) but it was still pretty cool.

People have mentioned that I should smile a little more... So here we go! :D

The Brand-And-Spanking-New Improvement Meme!

Well, not quite.

So how's everyone's year so far? I can't believe we're into March already. Wow that went by quickly o_o

Today's mini post is about the Gyaru Improvement Meme! I wrote an article for Gal VIP magazine a couple of issues ago about creating a newer version of the Gyaru Improvement Meme...  I was going to copy and paste the whole article over here but that's very lazy of me just not the way, is it? So hop over to the Gal VIP article for reasons why I changed it which is even lazier of me.

You can download the template here but, for those who don't like photoshop, simply copy&paste the image below and place your photos on top!

And this is my progress so far!

What's your progress? :D Leave links if you've used it <3 I would love to see everyone's improvement! :D But please, whatever you do, don't remove the credits... I would be sad if you do.

Ciao for now and see y'all on Sunday :D

Testing, Attention Please

Wow this week has been so hectic; I've been doing a lot of travelling so haven't really had a proper lie in at all. But who cares! I have so much to tell you that I'm bubbling in excitement writing this.

First things first, I have a new job! Yes, Lizzie is now working at a clothes store! I feel so much better now because my old job was rather... Well, I got bored, and I really wanted something new with nicer shifts.
So I applied for a new job and got a job offer straight after the interview! Pretty awesome, right? Yeah I was so so happy that I of course agreed to take the job and I had my first shift last Saturday. The people there were lovely as well, and I felt that I was being a lot more "me". I guess this is a perfect chance for a whole new start work-wise.

I've slowly started getting into dolling up daily again and I must say that it's been too long. I still get those days where I laze around doing nothing, but I think I've finally had enough time to think about my future so I've made a little plan on separating my uni life and social life equally and to realise that in the end, my happiness does come first. I want to be able to see my friends and family a lot more this year, and with my new job I think I could make that happen. And the reason for dolling up? I just feel good about myself when I do and make more of an effort to face the day.

But eurgh enough of the rambling, and onto the main part of the post! I've started doing gal without lens again because I'm on my final pair. Yes, it's so heartbreaking... My black lens have finally ran it's course ;_; So all I have left are my gold lens!
I think doing gal without lens is a great way to focus more on makeup on hair but as you can see I only had time to straighten my hair this time.

My look just before I headed off to uni!

Agejo: My Goals & Inspirations

Hey guys!
So you remember how I mentioned in the past couple of posts back that I've found my style, right? Well this post is basically a compilation of all of my goals and ambitions to work into that style a bit more. I do have some of the stuff already but I've just got so many ideas whizzing around my head that I really need to write them down, aha.

We'll start out with a picture of my agejo wardrobe selection! I've taken a photo from my "I Feel Like a Chameleon: My Gyaru Wardrobe" 's post and just added onto it as I've bought a few things since then.

Yes I have a bit of a thing for MA*RS at the moment... But I've been good and haven't bought anything recently *cough*forlikeaweek*cough*

What I'm trying to do at the moment is buy more stuff that isn't MA*RS related, but looks like MA*RS. This is because - like I said in my last post - I don't really want to focus just on one brand of Agejo, but many, so that there is a bit of a variety in my clothing.

Okay so now that's done... Onto my inspirations!

Sponsored Review: Chan Mei Eyelashes

Please note that although this is a sponsored review, the thoughts and opinions stated are 100% my own.

Managed to find some spare time to quickly right up my post so that it's all ready to be published on Sunday.
That's the beauty of scheduled posts; I can write it at any time that I have spare and I don't need to actually publish it until later, which gives me plenty of time to review it and make sure that there aren't any silly mistakes or missing photos. Pretty neat, huh?

Anyway today is on a lash review sponsored by the lovely KKCentreHK!

Let's do the packaging and postage rating first:

Yes, they get full stars for this. KKCentreHK are extremely reliable and they always package things really well as nothing I receive from them ever gets damaged! So amazing.

And voila, here are the lashes. These beauties are called Chan Mei and are part of the M-Series.  They have a really strong structure which has good and bad points; good, because it means that you'll definitely be able to wear it once, but bad because it's very hard to bend it go with your eye shape. Took me quite a few times of bending it before I finally managed to get it right.
