Kawaii Gyaru Shop Review: Liz Lisa Sailor Collar Set

Hey cuties! How are you today?
I'm so happy because my Liz Lisa set from Kawaii Gyaru Shop arrived the other day! I've been eying it up for a while, so couldn't hold back from opening it as soon as it came through the door. I wasn't disappointed; it is as gorgeous as it looks in photos, perhaps even more beautiful!

So I got everything planned for the day where I can take photos wearing it, I even decided what kind of makeup and hair stye I wanted to do until I woke up that morning and found myself with a puffy left eye. Not cool.

That wasn't going to stop me though! Et voila, here are my photos!

One Item Five Ways: Liz Lisa Skirt

one item five ways with liz lisa skirt, dolly princess outfit

I'm so happy that everyone liked my haul post - I'm going to try and do more in future but next time I'll save the links to everything I buy! eBay has saved my life, and I'll definitely shop from there from now on (with the occasional cheeky shop elsewhere).

For now, I just want to work with what I've got! I have so many clothes, so why is it so hard to put an outfit together? To help me out a bit I've decided to do a "one item in five ways" post like they did in the old gyaru magazines. It'll help me become more creative with my clothes and save me from buying something that I already have.

In this post I'm going to create five different outfits for my Liz Lisa skirt! I'm in love with it, and I'm so glad that I've managed to get the complete set from Kawaii Gyaru Shop.

Mini Gyaru Meet in Birmingham!

uk gaijin gyaru

Yesterday I organised a mini-meet in Birmingham to see if there were any gals in the area. London can be quite far for some people (as well as expensive) and Birmingham is the next biggest city that I know of. It went quite well! I met some new people which was cool and the best thing was that Chewiee came to visit me at the same time!

My Recent Gyaru Haul: Cute Things for Spring!

Hey guys! How are you today? ♡
I went on an online shopping spree a few weeks ago and yesterday the last item arrived so I can finally show you all what I bought! I know what you're thinking, "oh Lizzie is buying stuff AGAIN", but I've got a very good excuse this time and that is that everything was from eBay!

Well, sorta'.

I've just been so fed up of spending so much money on gyaru brand that I've taken a step back and refused to buy anything unless it was dirt cheap or secondhand from a friend. I'm going cold turkey and be a budget gyaru! I feel so much better about it and now I can spend more money on seeing my friends.

And now presenting, my recent gyaru buys!

Sticking with the pastel-coloured theme, I bought this baby pink crop top & aqua blouse because I think they would work really well with my white Liz Lisa shorts & the new shoes! Obviously it would be too early in the year to wear the aqua one, but I think it'll look really nice with a white blazer for the office. I love it when I can wear one item for lots of different styles!
The tights were supposed to be "white" but they came out cream... But I guess it'll still be okay with my shorts and pastel coords.

Easy Parapara Routines!

Hey everyone! How are you? ♡
I've got some good news - I'm no longer ill! My cough has finally disappeared for good (hopefully) and you don't know just how relieved I am. I thought that it was never going to end! During those dark days I asked my friends for advice on boosting my immune system and they gave me lots of helpful tips! I'm forever grateful~ ꒰*⑅´•͈⌔•͈`⑅*꒱ I'm going to start by having fruit salad every day and drinking lots of water. And then some dreaded exercise... Really not looking forward to that, but it has to be done!

However there is a way to exercise and make it enjoyable, and that's through parapara! I've been thinking about doing it ever since the International Meet. I really admired how they made it look so effortless, and I want to try harder at it!
What I've done is tracked down the really easy paraparas; I started doing this last year but so far I've only managed to do about 4 or 5. Procrastination for the win! I really suck at dancing, so I was really happy that I could do some easy routines!

Now I want to share these routines with you because if I (the person who would win an award at crap dancing) could do it, then you can! It would be really nice if more people in the gyaru community could do parapara as it was really big back in the day! I originally thought that it looked a bit weird, but it's actually really fun to do and I could class it as exercise. *cough*
