Hey cutie! How are you? Day 3 of my birthday weekend was spent with my love and he took me on a surprise day trip to have a cute lil’ picnicThe weather miraculously improved which definitely helped me feel a bit more motivated to leave the house

A relaxing birthday lunch ♡ himekaji/mori gal co*de

Hey cutie, how are you? Day 2 was spent relaxing with my family It took a lot of willpower for me to get up and put makeup on that day, especially after yesterday, but I really wanted to show off my new maxi dress from Yumi! The main reason is that they had sent me a lovely message to congratulate me on my pregnancy and that they wanted to give me a dress which will fit well with a baby bump. How lovely is that?

This is the dress! I love the print so much.

Birthday dinner with friends ♡ casual hime co*de ♡

Yaaay it’s the first day of my birthday weekend I started it off by getting my nails done (which you can see pictures of here – they are definitely my favourite ones I’ve ever had!!) before getting a full English breakfast.

I then started stressing about what to wear… I tried on so many things but they didn’t fit me. So I had a nap hahaha but I managed to figure something out in the end!

Quick selfie with hubby before we left

Gifts from the baby shower~

Baby bump received some lovely gifts from her aunties at the baby shower ♡ ~(‘▽^人) Feeling so grateful and loved! ♡

I am still currently editing the baby shower vlog… But I’m having troubles with my editing software continuously crashing because of my Gran Canaria vlog (which has a huge file size oops) (╥﹏╥)

Once that’s posted, I will start editing my baby shower one! So please bear with me (*_ _)人

That’s all for today! Speak soon (*・ω・)ノ

My baby shower ♡( ◡‿◡ )

Here’s another post as part of my diaries! I finally have enough energy to write this blog post but this weekend I had my baby shower and I had such a lovely time surrounded by my loved ones

The first part of it was spent at this lovely manor house where we had afternoon tea and played games such as “how well do you know mummy”, scramble, baby predictions as well as a card with some advice

Baking with Lauren~

Spent the day with my bby Lauren today! ♡ We went and got some stuff from b&m before doing a spot of baking. It was our first time doing buttercream frosting and I think we did a really good job! ♡ ~(‘▽^人)

We also tried two in the air fryer! They were nice but… A lil’ bit lopsided and overdone haha. But it was so easy to cook it in there so I might try it next time!

They were so tasty with a cup of tea (´,,•ω•,,)♡

You might be a bit confused by the title but yes – Halloween items have started appearing at TKMaxx! I saw a few posts floating around on insta about it so I was literally counting down the days to go into the store to have a look And today was the day!

I was very good though and didn’t go crazy (I just bought a tiny ghost for about £6) but it does make me want to get all of my Halloween stuff out and start planning so that I can figure out what I need. To be honest, I don’t think I need anything but here are some things that I really liked.

Amy’s birthday party ☆ experimenting with jirai kei make

Posted on

Hey cutie! How are you? (´ ε ` )♡ It was Amy’s birthday party yesterday and the theme for it was vampires and witches and I thought… What better time to practice jirai kei makeup!

But instead of going for pink shades, I went with red instead. I also filmed this grwm for my YouTube channel which I’ll post later on (when i have energy to edit) ♡

The best selfies were taken in the car haha (*ノ∀`*)

Feeling guilty + opening up about my insecurities…

Posted on

So, as you can tell, I’ve been really into ryousangata and jirai lately…

And that makes me feel incredibly guilty because I feel like I’ve betrayed gal haha…

But it’s so refreshing trying out something new and to be a newbie again; watching tutorials, building a wardrobe and talking to new people.

And it makes me realise just how fed up I am with labels.

I just want to wear cute things and do things that makes me happy.

If I want to wear ryousangata one day, I can.
And if I want to do hime gal the next, I can.
If I want to do gal makeup with some cute frilly clothes, I can.

Why do I always feel like I have to put myself in a category?

(Of course I understand that substyles are very important when you’re a beginner because it helps guide you in your gal journey).

I guess that’s why I’m allowing myself to explore other styles at the moment. I will always be gal but, if I have to be super honest with you, sometimes I feel… inadequate? Like I don’t really belong or something which sounds stupid I know esp because I’ve been gal for well over 10+ years now.

Sometimes I look at myself and just think: do I even look gal? I guess I am still very insecure about how I look haha. Will that ever go away?

But then the next day I realise how silly those thoughts were.

And I realise that it’s time to stop restricting myself.

It’s time to have fun!

Wish me luck…
