Himekaji co*de ideas for Winter ❆

Hey cutie! How are you? Today I want to share with you some himekaji co*de ideas for winter. I’ve been losing the will to dress up now that we’re in our third lockdown and I can’t really go out anywhere, so I’ve been creating some cute flatlays to keep me occupied (and also to remind myself that I don’t really need to buy anymore clothes (ノ∀`)). You know that feeling when you look at your wardrobe and think, “oh I’ve got nothing to wear” when actually you bought a dress two months ago that you still haven’t worn haha. Anyway, I’ll stop rambling… let’s go!

Some of the items featured were part of the massive Liz Lisa box that my bby Emi sent me, which I’ll be uploading a YouTube video of very shortly! So keep an eye out for that (・ω<)☆ Honestly she gave me so many items and I’m forever grateful. I really can’t wait to show it to you!!!

♡ Princess x Prince ♡

Can I just say that…I love this dress?! So I created two outfits with it, one of which was inspired by Georgie’s recent post where she talks about Tsubakaji trends from 2007! I fell in love with the idea of combining a super cute and princessy dress with a very boyish coat. I was getting stressed out earlier because I don’t actually have any cute coats for winter that are actually warm, but I guess I don’t need to worry about that anymore tehe. Also, it makes me want to create more monotone himekaji looks because you don’t really see that anymore…

♡ Winter Florals ♡

So this is one of the items that I bought a month or so ago that I haven’t even worn yet („ಡωಡ„) but I really hope to wear this very soon! The thing is that if my back is cold, then my whole body is cold, so I’ll definitely have to wear a vest or something underneath.

♡ Okarie-kei ♡

This outfit was inspired by none other than Okarie! Honestly I’m just so obsessed with her style and my bby Emi gave me these Liz Lisa shorts that are absolutely PERFECT and I had to create a cute winter outfit with them!

♡ Ank Rouge without Ank or Rouge ♡

What??? Another Okarie/Ank Rouge inspired outfit??? Yes okay sorry I’m obsessed haha. But these shorts were also from Emi and I just love them so much???? I feel like this outfit is probably too cold for Winter (oops) so maybe better for Spring instead? Who knows!

♡ Puurfect Princess ♡

Gosh, I love this coord so much. I actually wore this for that Liz Lisa video I mentioned earlier! Again, it was just so nice to be able to create a himekaji outfit with darker colours. I’ll try and create more coord ideas with this dress because I just love it so much.

♡ Liz Lisa Dreamin’ ♡

Liz Lisa ponchoooo! Gosh, yes, I’m so happy to say that I finally have a Liz Lisa poncho in my winter wardrobe. It’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever owned! Maybe I could do a proper photoshoot with it once lockdown is over…

♡ Himekaji-kaji ♡

I recently bought this lovely white maxi dress from Georgie and it’s actually quite thick – meaning that I could wear it for winter as well! I’ve combined it with a slouchy jumper for a more casual himekaji look. I can’t wait to create some cute outfits with this for Spring/Summer! The bag is also a new addition to my himekaji wardrobe which I bought from my darling Risa!

♡ Mokomoko ♡

Okay last one! This is more of a mokomoko co*de (sorry I keep switching between using ‘coord’ and ‘co*de’ but they basically mean the same thing tehe). I really love wearing fluffy things! Especially when combined with a floaty skirt. This was also kind of inspired by Okarie ଘ(੭ˊᵕˋ)੭* ੈ✩‧₊˚

By the way! I also finally uploaded my himekaji Q&A video today if you want to give that a watch. I’ve included it just under here to make it easier for you. I really hope you’ll like it (´。• ᵕ •。`) ♡

And there we have it! Which one was your favourite outfit?
