I’d like to say that I was organised this Christmas but that would be a huge fat lie and I’m a terrible liar. While everyone else was putting up their Christmas trees, I was waiting for my decorations to arrive and was being a lazy slob. That’s when I realised that I had a Christmas part to attend to the following weekend and thought, “you know what would look great with my outfit? A Christmas tree”. Soon I was dragging myself to town and going down countless aisles to pick up whatever pink decorations I could find. Annoying thing was that the decorations I was waiting for arrived the day after the party (typical) so I snapped some photos with my Christmas outfit and took some more later when it was complete and you know what? It looks magical!

I call this outfit my “snow fairy evolution” as it’s a development of what I wore for last year’s Christmas meal, and it what 2016 has been like for me. I’ve changed quite a bit; my photos are (hopefully) better now that I’ve started to think more about them, and I’ve broken out of the constraints of limiting myself just so that I could fit into the image of what a gyaru should look like. Sure there are days when I admit that I’m not as gyaru as I want to be, but I’m trying slowly to figure myself out so I might as well enjoy the right. If I want to be a pink sparkly princess on one day but a dark witchy goddess on another, then so be it. My wardrobe is suffering immensely from my ever-changing mind so I’m going to need to sort that out, but I’ll talk more about that in my next post which will be after Christmas.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and thank you so much for being with me for another year. It means so much to me that you’re still here reading my little blog and I really hope to see you in 2017! Now go forth and be merry ♡
