I’m currently writing this post in bed with a sheet mask on ( ´ ▽ ` ) but today I went out for lunch to Giggling Squid with my bestie Amy! It’s been ages since we spent time together… But now that lockdown is over, we can go out for lunch and things like we did in the past!
I wore an hello kitty co*de!
Oh! Before I forget. Crazy thing happened on the drive there… We spotted a dog in the middle of the main road!!!!! Honestly so many cars drove past (which was pretty shocking tbh) and it looked so scared so I quickly pulled over and Amy scooped it up in her arms. Luckily it belonged to a house nearby but I just couldn’t believe it managed to get out and the owner didn’t really notice… Ah well, the main thing was, that it was safe!
Aaaanyway back to Giggling Squid – it was so pretty and we were the only customers haha. It wasn’t until we had finished our lunch that it got super busy!
I had a lunch deal where I picked vegetable pad Thai and pork dumplings for £8.50. However… I didn’t like the pork dumplings I thought they’d be more like jiaozi (gyoza)! So I also ordered some spring rolls which were so yummy.
After that I suggested we go to Home Sense for some Halloween decor! Amy loves Halloween just as much as I do and we bought a few cute items! I can’t wait to decorate our living room (((o(*°▽°*)o))) I’m going to be doing a Halloween haul video soon.
And then it was time to go home! I’m going to be spending the rest of the day in bed ( ‾́ ◡ ‾́ )
