We’ll see how long this lasts but this is what I’ve got!


So these two sections remained the same for the whole week:
Breakfast – Oats with soya milk
Snacks – Sunomono, grapes and vegan brownie









Monday – Chicken, onion and peppers in black pepper sauce and steamed rice







Tuesday + Thursday – Spaghetti with red peppers, mixed herbs, and tomato and basil sauce







Wednesday – Stir fried cabbage and brocolli with rice







Unfortunately I forgot to prepare anything on Friday so lunch was just… Even more snacks
I hope to be better this coming week!
