Manifesting My Dream Life 2.0

I know what you’re thinking – Lizzie, didn’t you already write this post last year? And, well, yes, I did, and it took a lot of back and forth in me deciding whether or not to publish this new post, but the truth is that those goals suited the person I was a year ago. I have since then whittled them down and have truly aligned with the person that I really want to be. The Lizzie that I picture in my dreams.

This goes hand-in-hand with my discovery of Manifestation (AKA Law of Attraction) and now I write down my goals as if they were already true. Gosh the positivity I felt writing this was contagious. I began to believe that I could achieve anything. I stopped rushing to achieve my goals because I knew that I would achieve them when I’m ready for it. I visited the Elan cafe in Knightsbridge when creating this post and the timing was almost perfect. I just knew I had to publish this!

And so… Here goes!

What does my dream life look like?

I am a gyaru mama + wonderful wife

I’ve always promised myself I would always be gyaru, and I want to carry that on even when I have children. I’d love to dress them up in the cutest clothes and can imagine coordinating our outfits so that we matched from time to time! I’d never be able to persuade my hubby to join in, though, but he’d still be my #instagramboyf and take all of our photos.

My passport is full of stamps

My problem wouldn’t be in choosing a place, but finding somewhere I haven’t been before! I’d overcome my fear of mosquitos and would be able to travel more often without falling ill every time. Our memory box will be bursting with postcards we’ve picked from all of the places we’ve visited.

My blog is a booming success in the gyaru (+ jfashion) world!

I would’ve built a loyal community readers and friends, and never again stay up late at night wondering if I was good enough. I’d be spreading the word about this amazing Japanese fashion and have so much fun doing it!

I am fluent in Chinese, French, and Japanese

I want to be fluent in Chinese, French and Japanese. Being able to speak multiple languages has always been a secret desire of mine and I used to want to be a translator when I was in secondary school. My life has taken a different path since, but my love for travelling and learning new languages is still there.

Gosh I can’t tell you how excited I am for the possibilities of an unknown future. Some of my goals there are going to be harder to read, especially when it comes to languages as my Chinese and French are awful and my Japanese is non-existent (apart from the phrases I pick up from anime).

What does your dream life look like?

Love,
Lizzie xx

I would like to be able to spend more time messing about on bikes with my boys!

Japanese is a seriously difficult language to learn! Especially writing. I have picked up a few words phrases on my trips over there, but even with lessons I really struggled.

      Awh that sounds lovely!

Eek yeah. It’s going to be a tough one! That’s why I’m going to pick up the languages I already know first before tackling Japanese. Wish me luck!

Aren’t you the cutest, Lizzie. ?

I think what you said about acting as if your goals are already true is a wonderful attitude. If you can believe them, you can achieve them!

Love, love, love these posts! And manifestation. And these photos! I definitely need to up my law of attraction game a bit at the moment – I’ve not been in a very good head space the last couple of weeks but today has been a small turning point so I’m feeling more positive today than I have in a while. I read some manifestations I came up for myself every single morning and I’ve definitely noticed a change since I started doing that. But you can never have too much law of attraction! ❤

That’s such a good idea to read some positive affirmations as soon as you wake up! I’m hoping to do that, and I’ve got a cute little notebook ready for my daily list of things that I’m grateful for. And totally! Positive vibes attract positive vibes <3

I am absolutely LIVING for these photos omg! So cute! I’ve only recently learned about the whole “manifesting” idea and it’s really interesting to me. I’m definitely still learning a lot about it and I’m kinda struggling to put it into practice, but I fully believe it works! Everything you mentioned in this blog sounds absolutely amazing and I know you will reach all these goals – YOU GO GIRL!

The power of attraction and manifestation are some of my favorite topics to read about. I feel so inspired after hearing stories of how people created their dream life just by saying it out loud and asking the universe. I wrote a script on what my dream life looks like in my journal and have been working hard to make it come true. I know, that just writing it all down takes me one step close to my dream life. ♥

You are such an inspiration! ❤
Love this post, it makes me so happy and inspired! ❤
It makes me wanna find my goals and dreams so that I can become a better me! ❤

You are right, if one person is happy and always smiles to other people it is contagious!

I can speak japanese or at least communicate, but I agree with one of the other comment from Lewis Craik!
Learning to speak is difficult but learning to write and read is a lot more difficult! ❤

Keep on being the best you and do your best and there will be no problem to learn a new language! ❤

Awh Felicia, you’re so sweet! YEs languages are so difficult, especially when you’re older and not being able to practise a lot. I’d find it so much easier if I had a friend to learn it with!

And that it such a good quote. I’ve always wanted to watch that anime and now this makes me want to watch it!

Ahhh, this hits me in the feels. I’m so jealous you’ve managed to whittle things down so much — I still have so many things whirling around in my brain that I just can’t choose between! Or at least it still feels that way at times. I’ve been trying to distill the essence of what I want from life and it just… keeps changing. (´・ω・`) I know I’ve always been fluid like that, but feeling torn between extremes of certain issues, esp. relating to having kids, has been really dragging me down.

I think I’m gonna stick this in as one of my questions to myself in my journal this month and then bug my partner about answering it as well so we’re on the same page of things. We’ve got some pretty different ideas of things, so maybe this will be beneficial for us to do. (Learning Japanese is on mine, too! ^^)

We are so much alike! One of my secret goals was to be a translator, back when I was little! (my English has gone down the drain these pasts months tho xD). I’m thinking of taking an accelerated French course for 2 weeks <3 and I still have to keep learning German. Someday… I'll throw in some Italian, Chinese and Swedish too. Sadly there isn't anything (like an university career or something) here, only English-Spanish translator thingies and… meh haha ? I prefer to study Computer Science or Graphic Design <3

    • hellolizziebee

Awh that’s such a shame that they don’t have any language courses that you want to do! But a French course sounds fab. I really want to do one, too!

Love this one beauty! I think it’s great that you rewrote it and posted another manifestation your dream life post because our dreams and goals change! There’s no point manifesting something we don’t want anymore! Love your goals for the future, I know you’ll achieve them! ❤ My dream life would be my first house, a full-time income from my blog (I’m almost there!) and a white Audi TT right now 🙂 xxx
