Hey cutie patootie! Today I wanna’ share a review of the Oh K! SOS Detoxifying Clay Mask that I bought, that I’ve been using it on/off (in between sheet masks) for the past couple of months. It’s one of the only clay masks that I really, really like, and I can’t wait to share this review with you. So, let’s go!
Gimme’ the Lowdown…
Witch Hazel – Witch Hazel is really good at reducing pores and clearing up your skin (so perfect for me as I’ve got a lot of blemishes at the moment!) It’s also good for calming irritation, too.
Lavender hue – Although this is not technically a technical property, I couldn’t not comment on this gorgeous lavender hue. It’s such a beautiful colour!
My Skin Type
I have eczema and very sensitive skin, so I try to go for cruelty-free/vegan products… Which, I’m happy to say, this was!

My Experience
I admit – I got hooked (again) by the packaging. I’m such a sucker for cute things! I bought this when there was a buy-one-get-one-free at Superdrug, and to be honest it was the best decision ever. My first try was a bit crap because I didn’t put enough on, so the times after that I heavily layered it up. The thicker the layer, the easier it was to pull off (although be careful not to make it too thick otherwise it won’t dry properly)!
Due to the thickness of the clay it didn’t drip or anything, and as it dried it started to tighten up my skin to the point where I couldn’t really move my face… Which is obviously a good thing! I instantly felt the soothing effect as soon as I put it on.
I wore it for about 20 minutes, and it felt so good to peel off (it reminded me of when I loved peeling off PVA glue from my fingers in primary school haha). My skin felt super smooth and fresh afterwards, and I had no awful tingly sensations… Result!
Soooo what did I actually think of the Oh K! SOS Detoxifying Peel Off Clay Mask?

Absolutely love it. Would 100% buy it over and over again. What I would like to point out though is that you’ll probably use it all up relatively quickly because you’ll have to have a thick layer in order for it to peel off better. And it’s so satisfying when it peels off!
