Can you believe that the last time I did one of these posts was in February? How long ago was that! Recently I asked you all what kind of posts you wanted to see, and some of you mentioned my ‘one item five ways‘ series… So I’m bringing sexy back and am focussing this post on my leopard print skirt.
I’ve been dying to create lots of outfits with this skirt for ages, and now that leopard print is back in fashion (yay!) it gives me more of an excuse to bring it out again. So, let’s take a look at these outfits, shall we?
One Item Five Ways: Leopard Print Skirt
Hello Kitty
hoodie & belt: ma*rs / socks: ebay / accessories: new look/ bag: spreepicky / skirt: non-brand
This outfit is giving me some seriously cute agejo vibes right now, and I love it! I’m surprised that I haven’t worn anything like this sooner as it’s so reminiscent of my old agejo days. You can make it a bit more casual by swapping out the ove-the-knee socks for some patterned tights (Primark has an amazing selection) or even just nude tights. If you have nude tights, this outfit would look so good with pale pink heels… Oh, if only I had some pink heels right now!
Rokku My World
top & boots: boohoo / bag: killstar / choker: glavil / earrings: new look / skirt: non-brand
I wore this outfit when I was out for a gal meet, and it’s one of my favourite rokku outfits of all time. Back then I wore it a bit differently as I paired it with over-the-knee socks and some trainer shoes, so that’s another option. Depending on your hairstyle, you could wear some really cool skeleton hairclips to bring a bit of fun to your outfit.
Cute and Comfy
sweater: tobi / belt: ma*rs / accessories: new look / boots: boohoo / bag: primark / skirt: non-brand
So while I was doing this post my cat suddenly got very interested in my necklaces, and I couldn’t not include that phot! Anyway, this is another outfit that I wore to a gal meet, and it’s one of the comfiest I’ve created in this post. It’s also pretty classy but sexy at the same time, which is my favourite type of gyaru style. I added a bit of cuteness to it with my cat handbag, but you can swap it out for a plain handbag if you want to add a bit more class to it.
Hey Hey Gyaru-Kei
denim shirt: boohoo / belt: forever21 / handbag: primark / shoes: new look 915 generation / accessories: muse / skirt: non-brand
This outfit is more toned-down than the others, but it screams EGG style. If you want, you could add some brown over-the-knee socks which would look super cute with this, and a leopard print usamimi with huge curly hair.
Sassy and Classy
top: ma*rs / accessories: harry potter & tesco / heels: new look / clutch: most likely ebay
This is perfect for those ane agejo fans out there, especially if you’re off on a date or to go to a party. I added a hint of my inner Potterhead to this outfit with my Golden Snitch necklace, but any simple jewellery would suit this outfit. You could easily adapt this and switch out the white heels for black over-the-knee boots for a more casual look.
And that’s all for today! I hope you enjoyed this post, as I’ll be doing it more often in future (and that’s a promise!)
Which outfit is your favourite?
Love,
Lizzie xx
