I’m so happy that everyone liked my haul post – I’m going to try and do more in future but next time I’ll save the links to everything I buy! eBay has saved my life, and I’ll definitely shop from there from now on (with the occasional cheeky shop elsewhere).
For now, I just want to work with what I’ve got! I have so many clothes, so why is it so hard to put an outfit together? To help me out a bit I’ve decided to do a “one item in five ways” post like they did in the old gyaru magazines. It’ll help me become more creative with my clothes and save me from buying something that I already have. In this post I’m going to create five different outfits for my Liz Lisa skirt! I’m in love with it, and I’m so glad that I’ve managed to get the complete set from Kawaii Gyaru Shop.
Swankiss Dream
My cutie Chewiee helped me to put this outfit together~ It’s totally out of my comfort zone so I don’t know when I’ll wear it… I was actually thinking of selling the dress/top because I haven’t had a chance to wear it outside because of my lack of confidence. I’m keeping it for now just in case.
Hoodie: MA*RS / Dress: Spreepicky / Skirt: Kawaii Gyaru Shop (coupon code: LIZBEE) / earrings: Ruby Rose / Socks: Primark / Shoes: eBay
Summer Vibes
Here I’ve put together the skirt with my new aqua top and daisy hair clips to create a summery look! I’m really excited for the summer and I can’t wait to wear bright colours and pretty shoes (that won’t get ruined by the rain).
Top, hairclips & shades: eBay / Skirt: Kawaii Gyaru Shop (coupon code: LIZBEE) / shoes: Sweet Soul Shop / Accessories: Primark
Dolly Princess
Pink, black and white is my favourite colour combination so I just had to create an outfit for it! I was going to pair it with black over the knee socks but I’m in a summery mood. It’s so perfect to wear on dates.
Crop top: missguided.com / Skirt: Kawaii Gyaru Shop (coupon code: LIZBEE) / Choker: MA*RS / Earrings: Ruby Rose / Socks: Primark / Shoes: eBay
Casual himekaji
This has more a himekaji/Liz Lisa vibe to it. I’m in love with himekaji right now and have been dying to put an outfit together that’s suitable for everyday wear. A straw hat would’ve completed this, but I’ve lost mine.
Top & shoes: New Look / Skirt: Kawaii Gyaru Shop (coupon code: LIZBEE) / Accessories: Primark
Liz Lisa Fairytale
And lastly, the whole Liz Lisa set! I wore this outfit in my review and it’s one of my favourite outfits, hands-down. I just feel like a fairy princess when I wear it!
Top & Skirt: Kawaii Gyaru Shop (coupon code: LIZBEE) / Socks: Primark / Shoes: Sweet Soul Shop / Accessories: Claire’s Accessories & Primark
That’s all for today! I hoped you liked this post~ I think it’s a really good exercise for those on a budget! I used to do it all of the time but I’ve been out of practice since I moved to the MA*RS side haha.
What do you think?
