Just a super quick post before I start getting ready for work but things in the UK are slowly going back to normal. On May 17th we can see our friends indoors (up to two households) and be able to eat in a restaurant.
But there are rumours that we are going to return back to the office at some point, too, and I’m not too sure how I feel about that…
I really like working from home so I’m hoping that we can do some days at home, and some days in the office.
When I’m at home I feel more relaxed because I can wake up, drink some tea, watch some YouTube videos or read some blogs before I get ready for work.
But if we have to go into the office I’m going to have to start getting up early again and start commuting so I won’t have time to relax (and commuting is going to be expensive (╯︵╰,)). It’ll also be hard for me to take breaks when things get super stressful because we’re all just stuck in an office. The only good thing is that I am able to see my friends at work again.
I just hope I can continue to focus on my mental health if we do go back into the office…
Anyway, sorry that there aren’t any photos or anything on this post. I just wanted to get a few things off my chest.
