Teeny Tiny Trip to London

teeny tiny trip to london, london photo booth, purikura

It was a lovely afternoon; I had just taken some photos for my beauty review (which you can see in my previous post) and was about to take off my makeup and hibernate in bed when I got a text Chewiee asking if I could meet up with her in London. My friend Amber was free and wanted to see me! She had been in England for about a week now but unfortunately I wasn’t able to meet her because of work… So I was really happy that I had the chance to meet her before she flew back home! I quickly caught the next train to London and before I knew it I was sipping bubble tea and waiting for them all to arrive.

My Successful Shopping Spree

With spring finally approaching I’ve been itching to buy some new clothes. I know, I know, I’m very naughty for even thinking about it but I’ve been drooling over the whole cream and white combination. I want to escape from the black and pink that I’ve been wearing so much over winter!

So I wore it for what might well be the last time on a shopping trip to London with my girl Pixie! It’s been ages since I last saw her and as I might not see her that much anymore I was dying to have at least one final shopping spree and catch up with her. We spent the whole day eating, chatting and shopping and it was amazing.

This was my original look & outfit for the day but I changed right at the last minute because I wasn’t really feeling very agejo-fabulous so instead I opted for a more casual version. I was dying to try on this bow that my friend Amy made me, and it went really well with my lovely MA*RS replica skirt (because replicas aren’t always that bad) with this white fluffy sweater that I, surprisingly, got from Primark! Oh the things you can find there… Even though it’s dirt cheap you’d think it’ll be a really crap quality but I was pleasantly surprised.

When we got there we noticed that there was a new Chinese dim sum so we just had to try it out! The food was delicious, and one of the waiters there was trying to flirt with us (how cute) but we were too concentrated on the gorgeous food. The dessert was even better! I’m drooling as I think about it.

Then it was time to go shopping and oh my gosh it was the most successful shopping trip ever. I actually bought stuff. I never buy stuff on shopping trips! I got my cream colour palette that I had been dreaming of as well as a pretty cool cap that I think would go well with my oraora outfits.

After our few hours of shopping we then went to this Mexican restaurant where we ate more delicious food! I’m still not that great with Mexican it seems as I couldn’t finish my dish! It was yummy though, and I wouldn’t mind going there again.

As I was really enjoying myself I soon forgot that Game of Thrones was gonna’ show on TV! I’m a hardcore GoT fan so this is a new record for me. I didn’t mind though because I tried to make the most of my time with Pixie (eurgh that sounds so pathetic, doesn’t it?)

Anyway, that’s all I have to say about my shopping spree! I guess that it isn’t really a spree as that probably includes around 10 or more items but it’s a spree for me!

Me & Pixie!

Hope you have a lovely weekend! And enjoy the sun, woohoo!

Rosey Rabbit

I’m back vlogging again! This time is another video for Pixie Bunny where I talk about one of our Rosey Rabbit Headbands in pink x black. These have been one of the most successful-selling items (in my opinion) that we have in store and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them!

In the video I talk about what you could wear these bunny ears for all occasions, going-out or for just ‘casual’ days. They are absolutely perfect for those into agejo-gyaru because of the colour, as one of the signature colours of agejo is black and pink! I could easily find things to wear with these. If I have any more photos than those included in the video I shall update it on either my Facebook page or Pixie Bunny‘s page.  I really hope you enjoy watching it!

Here are some behind-the-scenes photos I took just before shooting! I felt so flirty and sexy wearing these ears… It’s amazing how something could make you feel like that.

And that’s all for now! I hope you’re having a lovely weekend. Please remember to take a break for those who are stressing about uni/work/school/etc xx

My Valentine

Hey! How are you? Did you have a good week?

I mentioned in my last post that I took a much-deserved break from uni which was a nice change since I’ve been spending so much time studying around Christmas. As I reward I treated myself to quite a fair amount this month to last me until summer so yeah, I’m feeling very positive at the moment (and stupid for spending money when I shouldn’t). I posted a picture of my haul on my facebook page.

I admit that I felt pretty lonely on Valentines Day because I wasn’t able to spend it with my boyfriend but we arranged to spend a whole day together when I was visiting my home town. This was what I wore: a MA*RS hoodie paired with New Look jeans, and some heels from Dorothy Perkins. I wear these heels all of the time when I go out because they are at the perfect height for me (as I’ve got awkward feet). I wore my GOLDS Infinity top underneath but zipped my hoodie up so that I had a day and a night outfit! The hoodie was super cozy in this chilly winter that Britain seems to be trapped in so I can definitely see myself hibernating in it until summer.

I was going to leave my blog at that but then I realised… Wait, this isn’t like me… I normally talk quite a lot! So on with the rambling!

Our “Valentines” date was absolutely lovely, I had such a good time. I must admit that I did feel like Barbie when I trotted into Chiquitos – a near Mexican Restaurant that opened up in town – because everyone else was wearing jeans and t-shirts and then there’s me with my extremely pink, fluffy hoodie with cat ears and heels. Whoops. Oh well, my motto is that it’s better to be too glamorous than a slob (hahaha).

I wish I did like Mexican food, I really do, but I felt that there was an overpowering amount of cheese in my dishes. At least I tried it though! Besides, it might’ve been my dishes rather than Mexican food as a whole… I’ll show you what I ordered anyway.

Right I can tell that you’re almost drooling onto your lap so I’ll take it as my cue to leave. Until next time! I hope you all have a lovely rest of the weekend xx
